PLAN YOUR ULTIMATE BEACH HOLIDAY

Heading south on the N2 from Durban, the urban environment soon makes way for glimpses of the sparkling blue ocean over the sugar can fields.  You are now entering the South Coast holiday zone.............
The SOUTH COAST boasts a climate to suite all seasons...

We now cross the Umkomaas river, an absolute paradise for fishermen and scuba divers.  Aliwal shoal is a prime scuba diving site 5kms off shore.  The large number of ragged tooth sharks that congregate on the shoal from July through to November are a special attraction.  Two wrecks, the Nebo and Produce, are located near the shoal.

This stretch of coast has much to offer, while Scottburgh with its friendly beaches is ideal for the whole family.  There are many craft shops, B&B's, holiday apartments,  a golf course for dad, and markets along this lovely stretch of coast, so get out there and have some fun!
